About LB3
LB3 Lacrosse offers camps, clinics, nationally competitive tournament teams, team training and one-on-one personalized training. LB3 Lacrosse was founded in 2005 by Syracuse University All American and MVP of the 2000 NCAA Championship, Liam Banks. As one of the Nation’s premier instructional lacrosse organizations, LB3 touches the lives of thousands of lacrosse players each year through its Camps, Clinics, Tournaments, Leagues, and Club Travel Teams. LB3 Lacrosse is a founding member of the National Scholastic Club Lacrosse Association.
The mission of LB3 Lacrosse is to be Inspire, Educate, Innovate and Enhance all things lacrosse. The LB3 program teaches players not only the solid fundamentals which help them achieve success at every level, but also the traditions of game which set it apart from all other sports. LB3 believes in a transformative coaching philosophy and seeks to build its player's character along with their lacrosse skills.

WE CARE ABOUT PRESERVING THE INTEGRITY OF OUR SPORT AND THE IMPORTANCE OF CORRECT FORM/FUNDAMENTALS IN A YOUNG PLAYERS DEVELOPMENT. IT IS THIS BELIEF SYSTEM THAT FUELS OUR FOCUS ON PROPER EDUCATION FOR BOTH PLAYERS AND COACHES.

IT IS OUR CONSTANT DRIVE TO LOOK FOR NEW AND BETTER WAYS TO TEACH, PLAY, AND PRESENT THE SPORT. LACROSSE IS EASILY ONE OF THE MOST CREATIVE SPORTS THAT A YOUNG ATHLETE CAN EVER PARTICIPATE IN SO WE FEEL THAT EACH EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE THOUGHTFUL, UNIQUE, AND CREATIVE.
