LB3 Club Teams

At the core of our club program are the training sessions. We maintain a focus on fundamental skills and individual player development. Our primary goal is to help kids get better at the sport of lacrosse and thus winning will always take a back seat to player development. With that in mind, our training sessions are all about drills, small sided play and free flowing scrimmages. We spend a minimal amount of time working on set offenses and defenses and a maximum amount of time working to make you a more skilled and smarter lacrosse player. We teach, drill and focus on skills that transcend systems and are applicable no matter where you play the gamefrom youth and high school through to college and professional levels.

We push players to “Play Fast”. We work to develop players who are capable of making good decisions on the field and have the skills necessary to execute on those decisions. We believe that playing fast and working hard is the best way to have fun with the game and that players want to be kept active and continually challenged on the field.

Of course club ball is also about getting out to events and having fun competing at the game we love. We take the time to make sure the tournaments we travel to suit the needs of our teams and offer the best playing experience for our athletes. Tournaments are selected that ensure all of our players are given the best opportunities to enjoy competition in the moment, have a safe environment in which to compete and when appropriate offer connections to coaches at the college level.

We will work with you to make sure you have every opportunity to maximize your potential as a lacrosse player at the next level. We are in contact with the coaches at all levels of collegiate lacrosse from the Elite Division 1 programs to the smaller club teams. We believe there is an opportunity for every high school player to continue playing the great game of lacrosse through college and beyond if he/she so desires.

Our job is to help you reach your potential as a player, offer solid/realistic feedback on your options and help you land at the college or university that best suits all of your needs.
